Hair is a woman’s crowning glory, and many women spend more money and time on their hair than any accessory. Hairdressers are
normally restricted by their customer’s wishes; however, at a special fundraising event in the UK, these creative and often flamboyant
professionals got to show off the fruits of their imagination. The Rizzo Bros began The Alternative Hair Show as a way to raise money
for leukemia research, as Tony Rizzo had lost his young son to the disease, and now, salons around the world compete to create the
most outrageous and unusual styles, proving that hair can be a work of art.
